- Jerry Scalzo is the President and CEO of Scalzo Built, a holding company for various businesses he initiated.
- A 1993 Clemson University Alumni with a history of entrepreneurial ventures.
- From 1993 to 1998, founded Trim Express, a full-service automotive reconditioning company.
- In 1998, established Sun Auto Sales and Financing, later sold to Wells Fargo in 2005.
- Shifted focus to real estate development in 2005, specializing in multi-family units.
- Became a licensed General Contractor in Florida and founded Living Water Construction in 2006.
- Living Water Construction focused on commercial buildouts, working with notable brands like Verizon, Burger King, Popeyes Chicken, Lifestyle Fitness, and Boca Tanning.
- In 2008, acquired Sun Tower Hotel and Suites, renovating and rebranding it as a 25-unit boutique hotel.
- In 2010, ventured into the hospitality industry by opening Sandbar Grill, a beachside restaurant located within Sun Tower Hotel.
- In 2018, acquired Beach Place LLC, transforming the eight-unit low-rise property into a short-term rental resort.
- In 2023, rebranded Living Water Construction as Scalzo Built, serving as a holding company for various businesses with a focus on leveraging social media platforms for marketing and promotion.

- Angela Gargin has been a cornerstone of stability for Scalzo Built.
- Joined the Parent Company Living Water Construction in 2006.
- Serves as General Manager, undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Responsibilities include permitting, logistics, accounting, and Human Resources.
- Possesses over two decades of experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrates expertise in forecasting construction trends, particularly in cost estimation and budgeting.
Nik Scalzo Director Digital Marketing & Sales
- Nik Scalzo, Samford University graduate with a marketing degree. Currently studying for his MBA.
- Vice President of Digital Marketing & Sales
- Currently Heading up a Joint Venture as current director of sales and marketing for Parrish Brothers LLC
- Specializing in project management
- Quarterbacked at both the University of Kentucky and Samford University
Christine Marsters General Manager SunTower Suites
- Christine Marsters, born and raised in Boston, MA.
- Graduated from college in 1983 with a degree in hospitality management.
- Relocated to South Florida in 1989, joining the Hilton corporation with a specialization in sales and marketing.
- In 2006, opened the 156-room Pelican Grand Beach Resort as Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM).
- In 2009, joined the Scalzo Built team as General Manager within the hotel division.
- Transformed the Sun Tower Hotel and Suites into a premier resort destination on Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL.
